Tenants Advice & Advocacy Services have limited availability over the holiday period. The Tenants' Union will operate a Tenancy Advice Hotline from Wednesday 18/12/2024 until Wednesday 8/1/2025 (excluding weekends and public holidays). The hours of operation are 10am-1pm and 2-5pm.

New Act to commence 1 November 2015

On 7 August the final regulation for the Residential (Land Lease) Communities Act 2013 was released by Minister Dominello, the Minister responsible for Fair Trading. Mr Dominello announced that the new Act will commence on 1 November 2015.

Reprieve for residents of Hastings Point Holiday Park

During 2012 the remaining approximately 30 residents of the park were served with Notices of Termination of their site agreements for change of use. We had a great response with 563 people from 163 different parks requesting copies of Outasite. Because we were writing to people, we also undertook a quick survey.
