ADVICE OVER THE HOLIDAY PERIOD
Tenants Advice & Advocacy Services have limited availability over the holiday period. The Tenants' Union will operate a Tenancy Advice Hotline from Wednesday 18/12/2024 until Wednesday 8/1/2025 (excluding weekends and public holidays). The hours of operation are 10am-1pm and 2-5pm.

What does the Tenants' Union do?
- We advise and assist tenants, community workers, and Tenant Advocates in 19 local services across NSW.
- We inform and educate tenants, Tenant Advocates, community workers and government departments.
- We advocate for change in law and policy so tenants have more stable, liveable and affordable homes.
In 2022-2023:
- 4.3 million views of our website
- 220 media appearances (print, radio and TV)
- 13,431 instances of advice, assistance and referrals
- Over 6,000 subscribers to our newsletters, and over 12,000 followers on social media
- 114 advocates trained in tenancy law
