Rent Choice Assist launched
Yesterday Minister Goward announced Rent Choice Assist – this is a private rental subsidy that can support people at risk of homelessness to maintain their rentals with assistance for up to three years.
It is being piloted in four locations: Blacktown, Campbelltown, Hurstville and Newcastle/Lake Macquarie. Please note that applicants will be asked to consider leaving the Housing Pathways Register if they take the product up.
