Rent Converter

This calculator converts the rent between daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly and yearly amounts. Select the payment period, put in the rent you pay, and then hit enter/go. The converter will then show you how much that rent converts to for other time periods.

One of the uses of this tool is to assist you in being able to check that the way your rent has been calculated in your lease/contract is correct. It is important to note that in NSW the landlord/agent cannot require you to pay more than 2 weeks rent in advance, however you may choose to pay more.
