ABOUT

Western Sydney Tenants Service (WESTS) provides free tenancy advice and referrals for residential tenants in Western Sydney. We provide advocacy for renters at the Tribunal.

Our services are focused on but not limited to tenants from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds; who are low-income earners; living in social housing; who suffer isolation; and/or who have disabilities. Please note, we do not offer advice on tenancy issues to landlords or real estate agents, or strata advice.

Book an appointment to see our team at the Parramatta Office, Monday to Fridays: Suite 202, 107 Phillip Street Parramatta NSW 2150. To book an appointment at our Penrith Outreach please contact the service on (02) 8833 0933.

WESTS is a program of the Western Sydney Community Legal Centre (WSCLC).

Call us on (02) 8833 0933, or email: tenancy@wsclc.org.au or use our online intake form. We will endeavour to call you within 2-3 business days.
