Five Changes to Social Housing Laws

In October 2015, NSW Parliament passed a law changing the rights and responsibilities of all social housing tenants in important ways. This information sheet explains the new rules about anti-social behaviour, neighbourhood disputes, repairs, and terminations in social housing.
