Please note that under section 83 of the Residential (Land Lease) Communities Act 2013 a operator must provide a home owner with reasonable access to bills or other documents.

Please provide a copy of the requested documents within 14 days of receipt of this letter. If the documents are not provided I will make an application to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal for access orders.
