Population change and rents

The below dashboard examines the connections between population change, vacancy rates and real rent change. There are three sheets on the dashboard -

• Rent Vacancy and Migration is looking at the numbers at ABS-defined SA4 locations that gives fairly local results allowing us to see the difference across cities and regions. 
• Linear Regression examines the connections across all SA4s at once and gives a clearer indication of the relationship between vacancy, real rents and population change
• Greater Sydney and Regional NSW then compares these two large geographies across the different metrics.
