I am writing to request a site fee abatement due to my site becoming wholly uninhabitable on [Insert date site became uninhabitable] due to [State the event or issue that has made site uninhabitable].
Please note that under section 62 of the Residential (Land Lease) Communities Act 2013 the site fee abates when a site becomes wholly uninhabitable and this continues until the site becomes wholly habitable or the site agreement terminates.
Please respond to my request within 7 days of the receipt of this letter. If no agreement is reached I will seek orders for a site fee abatement from the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
